What happens when I first contact your personal trainer?

We will discuss your health and fitness goals of what you want to achieve, whether there are any specific areas you want to focus on and any limitations or injuries you may have. We will also talk about how often you should train, the types of exercises we perform and the equipment we bring to your sessions, including how your progress will be measured over the short term and long term to achieving your goals. We can provide advice on exercise and discuss any challenges or concerns you may be facing. We can also provide general nutrition advice on healthy eating habits, meal planning, portion control and supplements to support you in your journey.

What is your training style?

 

Amore Fitness offers a welcoming environment for everybody. We will provide the encouragement and motivation you need to reach your full potential. Our positive reinforcement approach ensures you're not only working toward your fitness goals but also having fun. We are dedicated to helping you find a workout plan that suits your specific needs and your schedule, while providing all the support you need to succeed. Training should be enjoyable and rewarding, which is why we provide a professional and fun approach to training, with plenty of variety to keep every workout interesting.

What happens at the first introductory session?

 

The first Introductory Session: $70 includes a 30 minute personal training session. During the session, we will run you through some warm-up stretches, then a few simple yet effective fitness tests using a range of exercises to find out what your fitness level is, right at the start. The session will end with some cool-down stretches and a chat about how you feel the session went. This is where you can feel free to ask the personal trainer anything you like. If you decide personal training is not for you, or we are not the right fit for you, you are not obliged to continue.

 

Should you wish to continue your journey, you will need to complete a pre-exercise screening form to identity your goals and any medical conditions you may have, which may put you at a higher risk when exercising. This will help us to create a tailored exercise program specific to your goals, that achieves the best results to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

How much do you charge for mobile personal training?

 

Mobile personal training starts from $70 for a 30 minute session.

 

We believe in setting realistic goals, commitment and putting in the hard work to achieving your health and fitness goals. That's why after the first introductory session we encourage you to commit to your health and fitness journey with the Commitment Pack: 10x sessions (paid in advance). This pack offers a comprehensive approach to achieving your goals and allows you to secure your preferred taining days and times each week. Whether you choose to train once or twice a week, this pack demonstrates your commitment to your well-being and results.

 

Additionally, this will allow us to develop a personalised fitness plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. Working closely with you, we can create a plan that’s both effective and sustainable, so you can start achieving results in no time. And, by showing up to your booked sessions, you’re making a commitment to yourself so that you can be one step closer to achieving the results you want.

 

We understand that achieving your goals can be a daunting task, which is why we provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable and motivated.

 

Anyone can achieve their fitness goals, no matter where you may be starting from as long as you stay consistent and are committed to the journey.

When are you available?

 

Finding time for fitness can be a challenge, but we’ve got you covered. We know how important it is to be flexible and accommodate busy lifestyles. Our mobile personal trainers are available Monday-Friday from 5.30am to 8pm, and we're always happy to help you find a time that works best for you. Our peak training times are early in the morning before clients go to work or in the evening after work hours and less busy times being mid-morning to early afternoon from 10am to 3pm.
 

We recommend that you contact us directly so we can work together to create a unique schedule that suits your availability, so that you can focus on your fitness goals without disrupting your daily routine.
 

We also offer the flexibility of virtual (live) personal training, where you can get personalised training that fits your schedule and lifestyle, no matter where you are.

Is one session a week enough?

 

How often you train is down to you, and is dependent on your specific fitness goals, and your budget.

 

You should at least have one session with our personal trainer each week, however two sessions a week will progress you much further towards reaching your goals in the short term. We also suggest you train on your own at least two more times each week with rest days in-between.
 

Our personal trainer can tailor an effective and focused workout program for you that targets your specific goals, ensuring you get the most out of your sessions every single time. With our guidance and expertise, you’ll be able to reach your health and fitness goals sooner.

Where do you provide mobile personal training?

 

Amore Fitness offers a mobile training service designed to make fitness convenient and accessible. That's why we offer flexible training sessions that can meet you wherever you are, whether it's your own home or a nearby park.

Mobile services are provided throughout Brisbane's southside suburbs:
